The Television personality Pat Sajak, best known for being the host for the long-running game show The Wheel of Fortune, has said to have owned this fine investment property in Glendale, California, which found itself back on the market in 2014 for $699,000. The property built all the way back in 1911, has undergone extensive remodeling, while at the same time, retaining much of its look from the period it was built.

The house itself is massive, sitting on a double lot, and it’s clear that from what we know, the sellers didn’t make any profit out of it, since the property itself was bought by Sajak’s ex-wife for a price of only $425,000 back in 1986. If we were to adjust the price for inflation, it was sold as a much more valued price back then compared to the listed price in 2014.
